Suzuki Motor Corporation is a Japanese company that focuses on creating automobiles, ATVs, motorcycles and outboard marine engines. In 2013, American Suzuki Motor Corporation closed down and sold its assets to Suzuki Motor of America, Inc., which is a newly organized subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation. This new company is responsible for being the only distributor of Suzuki products in the continental U.S. and it is based in California.
