Its hotel brands include Radisson Hotels, Radisson Blu, Country Inns & Suites, Park Inns, Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Hotel Missoni, and newly announced brands Radisson Red and the Quorvus Collection. HNA Tourism Group, a Fortune 500 company with diverse business interests in China, has purchased Carlson Hotels Inc. from the Carlson Hospitality Group, including Carlson Hotels’ majority stake in Rezidor Hotel Group. HNA will now own Carlson’s 51.3-percent stake in Rezidor Hotel Group.
