Nordstrom, Inc. is an American extravagance retail chain. Established in 1901 by John W. Nordstrom and Carl F. Wallin, it began as a shoe store and developed into a full-line retailer with offices for attire, footwear, totes, gems, embellishments, beauty care products, and aromas. A few stores include home goods and wedding offices, and a few have in-house bistros, cafés, and coffee bars. Starting in 2021, Nordstrom works 100 stores in 32 U.S. states and three Canadian areas since entering the market in 2014. One area in Puerto Rico was in activity from 2015 through 2020. The corporate central command and lead store are situated in the previous Frederick and Nelson working in Seattle, Washington; a subsequent leader store is situated close to Columbus Circle in New York City. Its auxiliaries incorporate the off-value retail chain Nordstrom Rack and the web-based store HauteLook.
