Omni Hotels & Resorts is a privately owned, international luxury hotel company based in Dallas, Texas. It is owned by private equity investor Robert Rowling of TRT Holdings. The hotel conglomerate encompasses around 60 properties in the United States, Canada and Mexico; of these, only two are franchised (Cancún and Puerto Aventuras). The rest of the hotels are managed, or managed and owned, by Omni Corporate.
