Bon-Ton Holdings Inc., a former department store company in the United States, was founded in 1898. The original company ran into financial difficulties after fast expansion in the 1990s and early 2000s, eventually filing for bankruptcy in 2018 before being sold and dissolved. Its new owner began functioning as an online shop in Merrillville, Indiana, in September 2018, with ambitions to build brick and mortar sites.
