I’m hoping you can assist me with a big problemI have. My wife and I booked a cruise on the joy for 4/14 going to Bermuda out of nyc. We booked a suite in the Haven for this cruise and it is paid in full. We do have the insurance package but it still does not solve our problem. I have just been notified of a court date scheduled for 4/16 ( two days after the ship leaves port. I asked if I can meet the ship, my wife and family in Bermuda and board the ship. I am willing to fly to Bermuda after my court date on 4/16. I was told that this could not be approved by the captain until 2 days prior to the ship is set to sail. If I cancel the trip my wife, my family, and myself will lose a lot of money in the process. I hoping you could advocate on my behalf and get this solution approved sooner so that I can book a flight to Bermuda to meet my family. I like NCL and took two cruises with you last year ( 2023) and brought family members along. Please help.
