CVS Health is a pharmacy-based health-care retailer company based in the United States, having its headquarters located at Woonsocket, Rhode Island. It provides pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services such plan design and administration, formulary management, clinical services, disease management programs, and medical pharmacy management services, among other things. Drugs, cosmetics, personal care goods, convenience foods, seasonal merchandise, and other relevant products are also sold by the corporation. CVS Health also provides a variety of standard, optional, and consumer-directed health insurance plans and services.

CVS Health is the parent company for CVS Pharmacy, Longs Drugs, and Navarro Discount Pharmacies. Caremark (a pharmaceutical benefit manager), mail order and specialty pharmacies, and an internet pharmacy are all part of the company (CVS.com). MinuteClinic, a retail-based health clinic, is another subsidiary.
